The course provided me with a great insight into the Irish business and accounting practices. We used both manual and computerised accounting systems and I found this very interesting.

To get into my chosen course, Bachelor of Commerce Global Experience in NUIG, I used my QQI Level 5 award in Business, applying through the CAO under the Higher Education Links Scheme (HELS). I was offered Commerce Global Experience in NUIG in the CAO round zero offers on 5 August 2021.

I have learned the importance of completing assignments on time, submitting them online and referencing researched information correctly.

Completing both courses helped me build a strong foundation that assisted me in joining An Garda Síochána.

I would highly recommend Cavan Instititue for anyone who is still indecisive about college after doing their leaving cert, just like I was.

Without the excellent teachers, with great ambition and passion, to help each student to obtain their highest ability, I wouldn't be the hairstylist I am now.

I found the more effort, passion, creativity and time I invested in my projects and assignments, the more experienced I gained.
